1. Overview
Palm Stays aims to keep cancellations and refunds straightforward. The policy below is based on the current live Palm Stays refund guidance and is intended to preserve a clear, indexable destination for the migration.
2. Cancellation Terms
2.1 Free Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
2.2 Late Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, the booking is non-refundable unless Palm Stays agrees otherwise in writing.
2.3 No-Show
If a guest does not arrive and does not notify Palm Stays or the host in advance, the stay is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Booking Changes
Date changes or other booking modifications are subject to availability and should be requested at least 48 hours before check-in whenever possible.
