Delete your Palm Stays account

You can permanently delete your account from the Palm Stays mobile app. If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request below.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Palm Stays and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Under Account, select Delete Account.
  4. Review both confirmation prompts and choose Delete Permanently.

This is the fastest option because it verifies your active session before deleting the account.

Identity protection

We may contact you to confirm ownership before processing a web request.

Required retention

Some booking, payment, fraud-prevention, or tax records may be retained where required by law.

No app access

Submit a deletion request

Use this form if you cannot sign in to the mobile app. Do not include passwords, payment details, or identity documents.

Enter the email linked to your Palm Stays account. If you signed up with a phone number, use the email you later verified.

For privacy, the response does not reveal whether an account exists for the email entered.
